Anna Riggs joined Momentus in February 2024 as a Senior UX Researcher. Through customer research and collaboration, she ensures Momentus Products meet customer needs and are user-friendly. Her favorite part of the job is working with customers directly to problem solve and experience first-hand the value of Momentus. Prior, Anna worked at GEICO Insurance Company focused on improving the sales experience both online and over the phone. While there, she led the research and testing for GEICO's first online quote experience for commercial auto insurance. She found her passion for research and advocacy at Indiana University where she graduated with a dual major in Policy Analysis and Law & Public Policy.
