James is a Business Systems Analyst at ExCeL London, the capital's leading exhibition and international convention centre. With a career marked by versatility and a passion for process improvement, James plays a crucial role in optimising the technology systems that support ExCeL London’s vast array of events and conferences.

In his current role, James is the primary manager of Momentus Enterprise, the system that underpins ExCeL’s sales, event management and operations. With autonomy over the system’s configuration, he ensures that it is tailored to meet the complex demands of one of the world’s busiest and most prestigious exhibition centres. James’s expertise in Momentus Enterprise allows him to drive significant efficiencies by streamlining processes, reducing manual work, and enhancing data utilisation.

James' secondary focus at ExCeL is reducing process inefficiencies through forms and automations - moving many previously manual processes to managed, automated services. James believes in transparency of information across the organisation, and works to optimise the flow of information from sales planning through to operational delivery.

Outside of work, James competes in OCR - obstacle course racing, and coaches ice hockey on a regular basis, which he balances around parenting his daughters, aged 4 and 3.
