As the Finance & Commercial Director for the Hamilton Destinations Group, as part of Hamilton City Council, Irene oversees the delivery of finance, capital, technology, and support services for H3 Venues, Waikato Museum & Gallery, Te Kaaroro Nature Precinct-Zoo, and Hamilton Gardens. She has been with the organisation for 9 years, and overseen significant growth of this portfolio of destinations.

Irene's extensive experience spans global organizations, with a particular emphasis on driving data-led decision-making by developing robust data and insights to support the organization. Her passion lies in leveraging available tools and resources to enhance service delivery.
