With extensive experience in customer relations, organizational leadership, and technology-driven solutions, Sam has been instrumental in developing strategies that drive client success and foster long-term partnerships. His career includes technology leadership roles in various organizations in the Venues & Events industry, where he built high-performing teams and leveraged technology to create customer-centric solutions.

Sam holds degrees from Swinburne University of Technology and the University of South Australia, along with numerous project management and technology vendor certifications. Originally from London, he is based in South Melbourne, Australia, and enjoys traveling with his wife and two daughters.
