We’ll cover best practices for usage and levels, how to speed up data entry with linked actions to add diagrams or add service orders, and little-known features that make the Event Functions page and Function Calendar more powerful than they appear. This is your foundation for smarter, faster event detailing.

This session is relevant for all segments and will be especially relevant for Intermediate and Advanced users and app admins who schedule or manage events. This session pairs well with ‘'Smarter Service Orders’ and ‘Work Orders that Deliver’ sessions, but you do not need to attend those to effectively participate in this session.
