After the inputs come the outputs—this session focuses on making work orders truly work for your team. We’ll look at how work orders are generated, who they serve, and how to ensure they reflect real operational needs. You’ll learn how to make use of features like “Assign To,” “Issue Completing,” and “Pickup Date/Time,” as well as which fields (like item notes) deserve more attention than they get. We’ll also discuss planning workflows based on function calendars, and what’s ahead for work order report designs. If you’re still handing your ops team a one-size-fits-all document, this session will help you evolve your process.
This session is relevant for all segments and will be especially relevant for users and app admins who lead operations and manage events. This session pairs well with ‘Building Function Schedules Effectively’ and ‘Smarter Service Orders,’ but you do not need to attend those to effectively participate in this session.
