I have been working at the Floreano Convention Center for over 15 years now. I currently serve as the Director of Business Analytics where I oversee the Finance Department and all the software used at the center. I have been in this role for several years now and have helped upgrade and implement many new systems during that time.

I have been with the Momentus software system since we first implemented it in the fall of 2016. I was part of the team that selected and rolled out Momentus to help manage our event and room bookings, payments, financials and reporting. I also had the privilege of assisting with beta testing Momentus Payments, which allows event organizers to process online payments directly to the center. Recently, I have also been implementing the Mobile Inventory to improve operations in our Food and Beverage department. Momentus has been a game changer for our team, helping us operate more efficiently and giving us real-time insights into our business.

Over the years at the convention center, I have enjoyed helping grow the business through data-driven decisions and implementing technologies that improve the experience for our customers, clients and employees. Using analytics to optimize operations and deliver value is very rewarding for me.
