Speaker Bio
Barbara has spent the last 16 years at Momentus, where she has had the chance to combine her love for software with her passion for helping people. Originally from Stuttgart, Germany, Barbara actually started her career as a librarian. While originally hired to create the Momentus version of Wikipedia, she found myself drawn to client-facing roles quickly, spending almost 11 years in Client Care and the last 5 years in Customer Success. In Customer Success, Barbara has been able to bring together everything she loves: connecting with people, solving problems, and making complex things simple for others to drive success. It’s been incredibly rewarding to lead a team that ensures customers not only use software effectively but truly succeed with it.
When she is not working, Barbara enjoys playing video games, hanging out with her giant 85 pound baby of a German Shepherd called Peach and indulging in all things carb-related.
