Ali is the Director of Sales at Boise Centre and sits on the board for Visit Boise and the PCMA Pacific Northwest Chapter. She is an active volunteer with International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM), and in 2025, completed her term as Chair of the Convention Center Sector Committee for the organization. While on the committee, she supported the creation of an educational track for IAVM's annual conference designed specifically for convention center sales professionals.
