Bruce is a dedicated and highly accomplished senior executive, entrepreneur, educator, leadership and culture specialist. By age 24 he had established his own million-dollar network of businesses and has an extended track record of working with a wide range of private and public organisations, both in Australia and overseas. He has proven experience providing executive level leadership and support, strategic planning, and service delivery across diverse industries within government and the private sector.

Voted Australian Keynote Speaker of the Year by the National Speakers Association of Australia, Bruce was admitted to the Australian Speakers Hall of Fame in 2007. He was also presented with the Paul Harris Award in Rotary District 9640 for his contribution to RYLA as a presenter for more than 33 years. Bruce shares his ongoing research into leadership effectiveness and its daily application on culture, wellbeing and influence with an enthusiastic, entertaining and hands-on approach.
