A strong resource configuration is the foundation for everything—from pricing and inventory to clean service orders and reports. In this session, we’ll walk through best practices for structuring your Resources and explain the key relationships between Inventory, Resources, Price Lists, and Service Order Items—including what transfers between them and what doesn’t. We’ll cover best practices for usage and levels, how to speed up data entry with linked actions to add diagrams or add service orders, and little-known features that make the Event Functions page and Function Calendar more powerful than they appear. This is your foundation for smarter, faster event detailing.

You’ll learn how to assess and strengthen your own data and system health, from ensuring every account has an owner to using activity types and document categorization to drive automation and clarity. We'll also share how proper use of fields like Market Segment and Event Type can unlock deeper analytics and better business decisions. We’ll also unpack powerful but often-overlooked fields—like taxability, service charge exemptions, and billing options—and explain when and why to use them. Manual entry doesn’t scale—AI does. This session introduces Momentus’ AP Automation tool and how it helps streamline invoice processing, reduce errors, and save time across accounts payable workflows. We’ll walk through how it works, what it automates, and how AP teams can start leveraging it to cut down on manual tasks. This is a show-and-tell session—no setup required to attend or benefit.
This session is relevant for all segments and will be especially relevant for Full Financials users and app admins who are in finance or accounting or those who work closely with these teams.

4:45 PMWork Orders That Deliver

After the inputs come the outputs—this session focuses on making work orders truly work for your team. We’ll look at how work orders are generated, who they serve, and how to ensure they reflect real operational needs. You’ll learn how to make use of features like “Assign To,” “Issue Completing,” and “Pickup Date/Time,” as well as which fields (like item notes) deserve more attention than they get. We’ll also discuss planning workflows based on function calendars, and what’s ahead for work order report designs. If you’re still handing your ops team a one-size-fits-all document, this session will help you evolve your process.

This session breaks down best practices for managing A/R activity—so your receivables ledger stays accurate, your reports stay clean, and your month-end close runs smoother. Learn when to issue a credit versus void an invoice, how to distinguish between deposits and payments, and how to use the right transaction types to maintain an accurate aging report. We’ll also cover the tools and techniques for applying adjustments and corrections without creating downstream issues.
